OpheliaHub

Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 June 2026

OpheliaHub is a personal and family finance management application provided for the private use of its account holders and their household members. By using it you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial financial organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Bank connections

Connecting a bank is optional. Bank account information is accessed read-only through a licensed account-information service provider (Enable Banking) under PSD2, using consent you grant directly to your bank. OpheliaHub does not initiate payments and cannot move money. You may revoke access at any time, and consent expires periodically as required by regulation.

No financial advice

OpheliaHub displays and organizes your own financial data. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures shown (including balances, returns, and net worth) are informational and may differ from your bank's records.

Availability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. It may be unavailable, change, or be discontinued at any time. Imported data depends on third-party banks and providers and may be incomplete or delayed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or from reliance on the data it displays.
